How many times have we spent hours searching for the perfect outfit, in stores, online, scrolling through hundreds of products without ever finding exactly what we had in mind? The fit isn't right, the material doesn't suit, the quality isn't up to par. And sometimes, the garment we imagine simply doesn't exist.
A passion for fashion, but also questions.
Fashion has always been part of my universe. I love creating, imagining, and seeking out pieces that resemble me. But one question kept recurring: why is it so difficult to find exactly what we want to wear?
At the same time, I became increasingly aware of the environmental impact of the textile industry: thousands of garments made daily that are never sold, resources wasted, while so many still can't find what they're looking for.
Technology should support talents, not replace them.
At BUNKAY, artificial intelligence is a tool, not an end, not a replacement, not a threat. It allows faster transformation of an idea into a visual prototype. But behind each creation is always the imagination of a creator, the eye of a couturier, and the expertise of an atelier.
This conviction is deeply personal: my mother is a couturière, my brother is a designer. I've seen firsthand the passion, time, and talent these professions demand. BUNKAY wasn't designed to replace them; it was envisioned to offer them new opportunities.
